In the 11th minute, Amerigo Melis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Sassi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amerigo Melis came free, but Arturo Carozza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrico Del Gatto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Carozza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amerigo Melis in the 30th minute of play.

When Sassi FC's Beppe Sciarra in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marebello's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Sassi FC booed when Marebello was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bianco Bucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sassi FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Amerigo Melis 88 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerigo Melis in the 96th minute of play forced Sassi FC's goalkeeper Arturo Carozza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Marebello left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sassi FC.
