Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aurelio Barchiesi took the kick off in the first half of the match. Andrea Di Persio's late challenge caught a Carpinello FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andrea Di Persio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Napoli B getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Andrea Di Persio hit a great ball. Fabiano Forte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alessandro Censi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Alessio Natalucci's late challenge caught a Carpinello FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alessio Natalucci helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Napoli B's Alessio Natalucci got a free kick in the 11th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessandro Censi in the 15th minute of play forced Carpinello FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Forte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 played minutes Napoli B got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Di Persio. 19 minutes into the match, Carpinello FC's goalkeeper Fabiano Forte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felice Rulli. After having played for 22 minutes, Felice Rulli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Napoli B's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felice Rulli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amerigo Barillari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurelio Barchiesi in the 24th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Carpinello FC's Domenico Papetti got a free kick in the 35th minute. When Alessandro Censi came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Napoli B fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alessandro Censi couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the match, Napoli B's Alessandro Censi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabiano Forte narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felice Rulli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carter Valente got free with Amerigo Barillari in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amerigo Barillari came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Carpinello FC's Carter Valente. But to his dismay, Carter Valente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Carpinello FC's Fabiano Forte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felice Rulli in the 61st minute of play. Felice Rulli might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fabiano Forte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felice Rulli ran back to his position shaking his head. If Alessandro Censi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Barchiesi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amerigo Barillari read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Carpinello FC's Aurelio Barchiesi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amerigo Barillari. That made the score 0-3 after 85 minutes of play. If Felice Rulli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adriano Massimini came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Napoli B fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adriano Massimini couldn't finish the play. Chants of Carpinello FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Napoli B had held the ball for most of the match.
