Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Alex Bucciarelli took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Attilio Pelati. Attilio Pelati dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. San Leo AFC's Attilio Pelati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fortunato Barillari in the 6th minute of play. Attilio Pelati made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Alex Bucciarelli sent off a good shot on target. Armando Canuto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 15 minutes into the match, Corrado Ascenzi notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Piovega FC's Edoardo Petrocchi. Edoardo Petrocchi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Attilio Pelati made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Alex Bucciarelli sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Piovega FC's zone, Armando Canuto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edoardo Petrocchi came out of the goal and Armando Canuto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the game, Armando Canuto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Edoardo Petrocchi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 28 played minutes Piovega FC got a freekick which was hit by Claudio Musacchio. If Fortunato Barillari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 46 minutes, Armando Canuto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. San Leo AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Canuto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Corrado Ascenzi to strike the kick off in the second half. Attilio Pelati took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fortunato Barillari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Corrado Ascenzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Piovega FC's zone, Armando Canuto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edoardo Petrocchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Corrado Ascenzi in the 61st minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Corrado Ascenzi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Leo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piovega FC the free kick. 65 minutes into the match, Alex Bucciarelli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Attilio Pelati. San Leo AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Bucciarelli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Attilio Pelati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fortunato Barillari in the 69th minute of the match. Armando Canuto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edoardo Petrocchi having to interfere. Armando Canuto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 77th minute by Armando Canuto got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Piovega FC's zone, Armando Canuto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edoardo Petrocchi came out of the goal and Armando Canuto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Piovega FC booed when San Leo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessio Santovito didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Carmine Rosi during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 93 played minutes Piovega FC got a freekick which was hit by Carmine Rosi. Piovega FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though San Leo AFC had controlled the match.
