A collision led to Rebbio AFC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Bernardo Pittelli hit a great ball. Fortunato Marongiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Tristezza having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 19th minute when Bernardo Mantini elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Yellow Submarine's Dave Genta got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Bernardo Mantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Arrigo Tristezza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 31 minutes into the match, Bernardo Mantini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arrigo Tristezza. Yellow Submarine's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Mantini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.

In the 52nd minute, Cristiano Di Gennaro made a precise shot to the right of Concetto Renzetti. Rebbio AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The supporters of Rebbio AFC booed when Yellow Submarine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ettore Caponera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 68th minute, Bernardo Mantini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute of the match, Fortunato Marongiu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arrigo Tristezza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Arrigo Tristezza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fortunato Marongiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Bernardo Mantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armin Santone kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Bernardo Mantini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arrigo Tristezza. Concetto Renzetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Di Gennaro in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the game, Alexander Di Sipio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rebbio AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Yellow Submarine the free kick. Alexander Di Sipio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Yellow Submarine's Armin Santone managed to work through Rebbio AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Armin Santone dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Concetto Renzetti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Di Gennaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fortunato Marongiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rebbio AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
