Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Alessandro Cirone took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Rubiera's goal looked a bit too open when Alessandro Cirone came free, but Carlo Battisti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Gainago FC booed when Rubiera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesare Stellato didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Gainago FC's Alessandro Cirone in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rubiera's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Paganelli in the 13th minute of play forced Gainago FC's goalkeeper Dave Ucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eraldo Carnevale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Christian Paganelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Dave Ucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Christian Paganelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Gainago FC's Arrigo Spagnuolo got a free kick in the 27th minute. Eraldo Carnevale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Ucci having to interfere. Ferruccio Santoro charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferruccio Santoro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ferruccio Santoro hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute Christian Paganelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dave Ucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eraldo Carnevale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Ucci having to interfere. Donato Pili's late challenge caught a Rubiera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donato Pili helped the player get up and apologised. Donato Pili kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. A collision led to Rubiera getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Francesco Bomba hit a great ball. The supporters of Gainago FC booed when Rubiera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessandro Rosi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christian Paganelli to make the kick off. The supporters of Rubiera booed when Gainago FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ferruccio Santoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eraldo Carnevale who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 57thth minute tested the skills of Dave Ucci when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rubiera's Carlo Battisti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Cirone in the 60th minute of play. In the 64th minute Christian Paganelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dave Ucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rubiera's Carlo Battisti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Cirone in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Gainago FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Paganelli came free, but Dave Ucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eraldo Carnevale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Ucci having to interfere. Dave Ucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Paganelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvise Iacovacci in the 74th minute of play forced Rubiera's goalkeeper Carlo Battisti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Paganelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Donato Pili hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Dave Ucci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Paganelli in the 89th minute of play.
