Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Antonello Bellisario started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulvio Bobbio in the 8th minute of play forced Santo Briccio's goalkeeper Ercole Cacciatore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Attilio Santovito charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Attilio Santovito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Attilio Santovito hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Dave Stumpo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciccio Corelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Fulvio Bobbio struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Ercole Cacciatore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Zebrate. Ercole Cacciatore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulvio Bobbio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Antonio Bergamini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Zebrate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Antonio Bergamini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercole Cacciatore having to interfere. Ciccio Corelli took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dave Stumpo. Dave Stumpo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Real Zebrate's zone, Ciccio Corelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dave Stumpo came out of the goal and Ciccio Corelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the match, Santo Briccio's Ciccio Corelli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dave Stumpo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fulvio Bobbio made a kick off. A collision led to Real Zebrate getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Antonello Amadei hit a great ball. Dave Stumpo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciccio Corelli in the 61st minute. Real Zebrate's Dave Stumpo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonello Bellisario in the 65th minute of play. In the 71st minute of the match Comunardo Domenghini sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dave Stumpo skillfully saved the ball. Antonio Bergamini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Fulvio Bobbio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonello Bellisario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Dave Stumpo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ennio Di Marzio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Dave Stumpo was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Antonello Bellisario capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Antonello Bellisario really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Santo Briccio's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
