Arturo Di Martino kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpected shot in the 34th minute by Emilio Curti got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Masrola Di Sotto AFC's Franco Alberico in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The tension between the Santa Severa and the Masrola Di Sotto AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 42 minutes into the match, Masrola Di Sotto AFC's Andrea Lauria broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Fabrizio Schirru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Curti in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Evani to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play, Masrola Di Sotto AFC's Emilio Curti made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabrizio Schirru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ernesto Evani blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvise Caccavale having to make a save. In the 59th minute, Emilio Curti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Masrola Di Sotto AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Fabrizio Schirru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Curti, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Fabrizio Schirru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Curti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Santa Severa's Cristiano Carulli got a free kick in the 67th minute. Alfonso Talone hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Ciro Andreoli succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-1 in the 95th playminute.
