Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Napoli's Concetto Ascani got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Napoli's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Traini came free, but Alberigo Cipollone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Dario Traini cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. After the first half Spadarolo FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Concetto Ascani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Napoli's goalkeeper Alberigo Cipollone had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alvise Serantoni. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Pari during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Napoli getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. In the 93rd minute, Dario Traini fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Dario Traini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberigo Cipollone having to interfere.
