Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Adriano Castelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferruccio Di Placido having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pontenure FC's zone, Dave Masci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ferruccio Di Placido came out of the goal and Dave Masci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ferruccio Di Placido showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Masci in the 10th minute of the match. TWICE's Aldo Petrucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Cugini in the 14th minute of play. Dave Masci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ferruccio Di Placido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pontenure FC's Ferruccio Di Placido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Castelli in the 24th minute of play. Aldo Petrucci made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Fulvio Attili sent off a good shot on target. Aldo Petrucci made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Achille Cardella sent off a good shot on target. 36 minutes into the match, Fulvio Attili dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Aldo Petrucci, 1-0. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pontenure FC's goalkeeper Ferruccio Di Placido, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Adriano Castelli made a precise shot to the right of Ferruccio Di Placido. Pontenure FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Dave Masci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56thth minute of the game Fulvio Attili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TWICE's Aldo Petrucci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aldo Petrucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Romanese, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Adriano Castelli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ferruccio Di Placido. That made the score 1-2 in the 69 minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Dave Masci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Fulvio Attili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Pontenure FC's Ferruccio Stella sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aldo Petrucci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. TWICE's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
