After 2 minutes, Ettore Paolini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the US Pro Italia Galatina and the Fantastic team players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, US Pro Italia Galatina's Ettore Paolini got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Ferdinando Crisantemo struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Fedele Nanni didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fantastic team. If Bernardo Rotondi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes of play, Fantastic team's Florian Moscatelli made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fedele Nanni was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute, Ferdinando Crisantemo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 minutes, Ferdinando Crisantemo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fantastic team and the US Pro Italia Galatina players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ferruccio Pilla kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Angelo Giovannelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute, Florian Moscatelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 28 minutes, Florian Moscatelli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fantastic team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Moscatelli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florian Moscatelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Fedele Nanni made a huge save. After a rather tough play, US Pro Italia Galatina's Eugenio Napoleone got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Fedele Nanni was a little too slow when Bernardo Rotondi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 34th minute. The score was now 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in US Pro Italia Galatina's zone, Florian Moscatelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fedele Nanni came out of the goal and Florian Moscatelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernardo Rotondi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, US Pro Italia Galatina's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Rotondi came free, but Fedele Nanni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ettore Paolini in the 53rd minute of play forced Fantastic team's goalkeeper Concetto Lattanzio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 59 played minutes Fantastic team got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Crisantemo. When Ettore Paolini came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the US Pro Italia Galatina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ettore Paolini couldn't finish the play. Angelo Giovannelli struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Concetto Lattanzio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for US Pro Italia Galatina. Concetto Lattanzio made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Angelo Giovannelli sent off a good shot on target. US Pro Italia Galatina's Fedele Nanni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Moscatelli in the 78th minute of play. Ettore Paolini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fedele Nanni came out of the goal and Florian Moscatelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 90th minute, Florian Moscatelli made a precise shot to the right of Fedele Nanni. US Pro Italia Galatina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Ettore Paolini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the US Pro Italia Galatina players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fantastic team.
