Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ermanno Ruggieri got the match started through his kick off. 15 minutes into the game, Ermanno Ruggieri recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dennis Colecchia. Ermanno Ruggieri showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Ruggieri in the 18th minute of play forced Scaglia FC's goalkeeper Dennis Colecchia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Attilio Schiacciacasse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Ennio Finocchio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ennio Finocchio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosimo Cavallucci in the 25th minute of the match. Cosimo Cavallucci struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Ennio Finocchio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Scaglia FC. Amerigo Proietti hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When Alfonso Lauro fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marnate AFC's protests and gave Alfonso Lauro a yellow card for diving instead. Alfonso Lauro hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Cosimo Cavallucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ennio Finocchio having to interfere. Alfonso Lauro got his second yellow card in the match during the 38th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Achille Pietrini blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dennis Colecchia having to make a save. Carlo Petrocchi charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlo Petrocchi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 46th minute there was a penalty for Marnate AFC. Amerigo Proietti stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dennis Colecchia. 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cosimo Cavallucci to strike the kick off in the second half. When Cosimo Cavallucci came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Scaglia FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosimo Cavallucci couldn't finish the play. Cosimo Cavallucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Ennio Finocchio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Attilio Schiacciacasse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 55 minutes into the game, one of Marnate AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 56 minutes, Scaglia FC's Carlo Petrocchi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ennio Finocchio. If Fedele Alonzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fedele Alonzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Colecchia having to interfere. Marnate AFC's Achille Anastasi got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulvio Gallucci during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 75 played minutes Marnate AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amerigo Proietti. Ennio Finocchio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosimo Cavallucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Achille Pietrini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Fedele Alonzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dennis Colecchia was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. A wasted opportunity for Marnate AFC. 98 minutes into the game, Achille Pietrini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marnate AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scaglia FC the free kick. In the 98th minute, Achille Pietrini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee ended the match the Marnate AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
