Carlo Di Marco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ennio Sivieri having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Càtafório's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Monzeglio came free, but Ennio Sivieri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Roma City AFC fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when Roma City AFC's Ciro Monzeglio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
