Cristiano Fabrizi might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emiliano De Rossi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Fabrizi ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Punta Marina getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Augusto Contestabile hit a great ball. After 11 played minutes, Casinazzo AFC's Alexander Marconi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emiliano De Rossi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Casinazzo AFC reached it. With a little luck, Casinazzo AFC's Ettore Iannone got control of the ball when Cosimo Tamburrini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ettore Iannone came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Punta Marina's Cosimo Tamburrini. But to his dismay, Cosimo Tamburrini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Casinazzo AFC's zone, Ferdinando Motta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ettore Iannone came out of the goal and Ferdinando Motta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Punta Marina getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Aurelio Schiavoni hit a great ball. Alexander Marconi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Emiliano De Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Fabrizi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Fabrizi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano De Rossi having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Cristiano Fabrizi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casinazzo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristiano Fabrizi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emiliano De Rossi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Casinazzo AFC's Ettore Iannone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinando Motta in the 37th minute of play. Carlo Mirto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, Punta Marina's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Fabrizi came free, but Emiliano De Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 2-1 became the score in the 47th minute when Cristiano Fabrizi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristiano Fabrizi to make the kick off. In the 64th match minute, Punta Marina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Contestabile to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Punta Marina's Ferdinando Motta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ettore Iannone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carlo Mirto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emiliano De Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Fabrizi in the 81st minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Casinazzo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinando Motta came free, but Ettore Iannone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92ndth minute of the game Ferdinando Motta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Casinazzo AFC's Ettore Iannone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
