Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Granarolo FC's Fedele Iacovone started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 played minutes Granarolo FC got a freekick which was hit by Fedele Iacovone. Edmondo Genovese recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavio Padulas short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Edoardo Panza to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Edmondo Genovese in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edoardo Panza, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 34 minutes into the match, Sturla's Alessio Cellucci broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Frank Molinari hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When Flavio Padula came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Sturla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Padula couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmondo Genovese stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edoardo Panza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Genovese, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edmondo Genovese had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fedele Iacovone struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Emiliano Sabatino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Granarolo FC. After 61 minutes of play, Sturla's Flavio Padula made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edoardo Panza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Emiliano Sabatino made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Dario Coscia sent off a good shot on target. If Flavio Padula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Edmondo Genovese had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Fedele Iacovone had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Edmondo Genovese managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sturla's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmondo Genovese was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edoardo Panza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 87 minutes, Frank Molinari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Granarolo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Molinari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 92 minutes of play, Sturla's Flavio Padula made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edoardo Panza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sturla were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Granarolo FC for a fine match.
