Ercole Farese guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Di Bernardo in the 23rd minute of play forced Fiumicino FC's goalkeeper Dennis Del Pizzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bianco Bucci hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Dennis Del Pizzo came out of the goal and Donato Grifoni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 57 minutes into the match, Misano Adriatico FC's goal looked a bit too open when Concetto Moretta came free, but Ercole Farese reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
