Viboldone's Elia Di Virgilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Viboldone from getting a goal against them. Elia Di Virgilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Meo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexander Meo kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Brunelli in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anthony Antonioni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabio Brunelli succeeded in the game's 12th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. If Alexander Meo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Trizzino AFC's Camillo Stella got a free kick in the 24th minute. If Armin Beattie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ercole Tacco hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Andrea Miccio kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. If Fabrizio Balzani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Trizzino AFC's zone, Fabrizio Balzani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anthony Antonioni came out of the goal and Fabrizio Balzani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fabio Brunelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Anthony Antonioni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Viboldone were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabio Brunelli was the one to do the kick off. Fabio Brunelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anthony Antonioni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabio Brunelli ran back to his position shaking his head. 53 minutes into the game, Fabrizio Balzani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Anthony Antonioni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Trizzino AFC's Alexander Meo got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alexander Meo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Elia Di Virgilio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alexander Meo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elia Di Virgilio having to interfere. After 77 played minutes Viboldone got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Mazzei. 81 minutes into the match, Trizzino AFC's goalkeeper Anthony Antonioni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabrizio Balzani. When Ercole Tacco fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trizzino AFC's protests and gave Ercole Tacco a yellow card for diving instead. Ercole Tacco kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 90 minutes of play, Viboldone's Fabio Brunelli made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anthony Antonioni was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Viboldone players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
