Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Anfilogino Benarrivo made the kick off which started today's match. 2 minutes into the game, Tor Vaianica's Fabiano Romino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fausto Marchesani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The attack was good, but when Fabiano Romino in the 6th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tor Vaianica's goalkeeper Corrado Ferri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fausto Marchesani made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Andrea Pardini sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute, Armando De Zorzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Anfilogino Benarrivo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Trizzino FC's Anfilogino Benarrivo, in the 26th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Trizzino FC. Corrado Ferri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anfilogino Benarrivo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Corrado Ferri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amerigo Maurizi went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tor Vaianica's goalkeeper Corrado Ferri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tor Vaianica's Corrado Ferri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amerigo Maurizi in the 36th minute of play. When Armando De Zorzi fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tor Vaianica's protests and gave Armando De Zorzi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 37th minute, Armando De Zorzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trizzino FC's Amerigo Maurizi got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fabiano Romino was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Trizzino FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Romino came free, but Fausto Marchesani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the match, Tor Vaianica's Fabiano Romino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fausto Marchesani narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Andrea Pardini left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tor Vaianica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 62nd minute, Armando De Zorzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anfilogino Benarrivo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 65 minutes of play, Tor Vaianica's Andrea Pardini made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fausto Marchesani was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 71st minute, Amerigo Maurizi made a precise shot to the right of Corrado Ferri. Tor Vaianica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After a rather tough play, Trizzino FC's Damiano Tosi got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Fabiano Romino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amerigo Maurizi in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corrado Ferri prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
