Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Filippo Zara kicked off to start the match. Edmondo Cicchetti charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edmondo Cicchetti the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Carignano booed when Trebiciano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmondo Cicchetti didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Carignano's Amerigo Berardinelli tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Comunardo Ansoldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonello Vianello in the 10th minute of play. Franco De Meis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Comunardo Ansoldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Antonello Vianello dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Comunardo Ansoldi, 1-0. Comunardo Ansoldi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Franco De Meis in the 24th minute. Comunardo Ansoldi came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Trebiciano FC's Franco De Meis. But to his dismay, Franco De Meis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Antonello Vianello came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Trebiciano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonello Vianello couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Franco De Meis got free with Comunardo Ansoldi in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alessandro Cirone hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Comunardo Ansoldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Vianello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the game, Alessandro Cirone was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Carignano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trebiciano FC the free kick. A collision led to Carignano getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Alessandro Cirone hit a great ball. In the 48th minute of the match, Antonello Vianello tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Comunardo Ansoldi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antonello Vianello stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edmondo Campese fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Cavallo having to interfere. Trebiciano FC's Franco De Meis got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Franco De Meis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Comunardo Ansoldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Carignano's goal looked a bit too open when Franco De Meis came free, but Comunardo Ansoldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Cavallo made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Edmondo Campese sent off a good shot on target. Filippo Zara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabiano Cavallo having to interfere. Carignano's Edmondo Campese got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Filippo Zara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fabiano Cavallo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filippo Zara, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Amerigo Berardinelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Antonello Vianello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trebiciano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonello Vianello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Comunardo Ansoldi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Comunardo Ansoldi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Vianello in the 84th minute of the match. Antonello Vianello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Antonello Vianello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Carignano players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Trebiciano FC.
