In the 26thth minute of the game Ercole Lenzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Montorio FC's Angelo Biagetti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Montorio FC's Fabrizio Flammini suffered a sprained foot after 29 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 29 minutes into the game, Fulvio Quattrocchi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Forcello FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Montorio FC the free kick. Alexander Sessa had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Alex Cardillo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the Montorio FC defense, Ercole Lenzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelo Biagetti. The Montorio FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelo Biagetti should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Forcello FC's Carlo Giannotti got a free kick in the 36th minute. When Armin Negri fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Montorio FC's protests and gave Armin Negri a yellow card for diving instead. After 37 played minutes Montorio FC got a freekick which was hit by Armin Negri. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Carlo Giannotti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forcello FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlo Giannotti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Biagetti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Angelo Biagetti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ercole Lenzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute, Alessandro De Bartolo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlo Giannotti to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Fulvio Florio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Montorio FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Montorio FC's Angelo Biagetti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Montorio FC from getting a goal against them. Carlo Giannotti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Biagetti having to interfere. Amerigo Ceccarelli kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Carlo Giannotti struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Angelo Biagetti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forcello FC. The supporters of Forcello FC booed when Montorio FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amos Bencivenni didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Giannotti in the 79th minute of play forced Montorio FC's goalkeeper Angelo Biagetti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Biagetti made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Ercole Lenzi sent off a good shot on target. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Forcello FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
