After 3 played minutes Vicarello got a freekick which was hit by Antonello Granata. Domenico Persichetti hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After 10 minutes of play Vicarello's Domenico Persichetti was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Domenico Persichetti kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Diego Sebastiani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vicarello's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Sebastiani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lipomo AFC's goalkeeper Domenico Faccio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Domenico Faccio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Sebastiani in the 25th minute of play. In the 29th minute Diego Sebastiani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Faccio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armin Marini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Federico Musacchio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vicarello's Federico Musacchio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armin Marini in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armin Marini in the 37th minute of play forced Vicarello's goalkeeper Federico Musacchio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francesco Marini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Musacchio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Dennis Marulli's late challenge caught a Lipomo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis Marulli helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st match minute, Vicarello was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Marulli to maneuver through the defense. If Armin Marini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Dennis Marulli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Diego Sebastiani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armin Marini was the one to do the kick off. Francesco Marini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Musacchio having to interfere. Federico Musacchio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armin Marini in the 64th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes Vicarello got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Marulli. In the 68th minute, Diego Sebastiani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francesco Marini in the 70th minute of play forced Vicarello's goalkeeper Federico Musacchio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Musacchio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armin Marini, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Christian Cannata's late challenge caught a Vicarello's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Cannata helped the player get up and apologised. Domenico Faccio went to the wrong direction when Diego Romanese was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A collision led to Vicarello getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Diego Romanese hit a great ball. If Christian Cannata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Vicarello's zone, Armin Marini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Musacchio came out of the goal and Armin Marini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edoardo Di Giovanni charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edoardo Di Giovanni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 86 played minutes Vicarello got a freekick which was hit by Edoardo Di Giovanni. If Francesco Marini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armin Marini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Musacchio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francesco Marini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francesco Marini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Musacchio having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
