Fabio Sergi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fausto Ferreri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Sergi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fausto Ferreri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Attilio Berti in the 19th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Ercole Quadrini made a precise shot to the right of Ciro Del Pizzo. Lerca FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Ciro Del Pizzo made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Ercole Quadrini sent off a good shot on target. Fabio Sergi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fausto Ferreri having to make a save. If Attilio Berti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sessarego FC's Fausto Ferreri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Sergi in the 40th minute of play. Daniele Saturno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Donato Marzo kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Attilio Berti to make the kick off. Fabio Sergi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Fausto Ferreri made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Lerca FC's zone, Ercole Quadrini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Del Pizzo came out of the goal and Ercole Quadrini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ercole Quadrini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Ciro Del Pizzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniele Saturno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Lerca FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Edmondo Simeoni hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Lerca FC's Fausto Ferreri threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Attilio Berti, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ciro Del Pizzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercole Quadrini, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute Attilio Berti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Ferreri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sessarego FC's Ercole Quadrini got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Edmondo Simeoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Fausto Ferreri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabio Sergi got free with Fausto Ferreri in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabio Sergi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Fausto Ferreri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniele Saturno in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciro Del Pizzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sessarego FC's Fausto Ferreri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Attilio Berti in the 93rd minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Lerca FC's Cosimo Baggio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lerca FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sessarego FC.
