Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cesare Fallito got the match started through his kick off. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Verucchio FC's goalkeeper Fausto Gabriele, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amerigo Facchini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Alvise Schiavoni made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filippo Sessa during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th minute, Filippo Sessa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonello Banana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alvise Schiavoni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Antonello Banana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Alvise Schiavoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Antonello Banana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Verucchio FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonello Banana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvise Schiavoni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristoforo Cesaroni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Fausto Gabriele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Verucchio FC's zone, Cesare Fallito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Gabriele came out of the goal and Cesare Fallito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristoforo Cesaroni during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 39th minute, Cristoforo Cesaroni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Antonello Banana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvise Schiavoni having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Fumane's goalkeeper Alvise Schiavoni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amerigo Facchini. Amerigo Facchini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvise Schiavoni having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Antonello Banana made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Amerigo Facchini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Verucchio FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amerigo Facchini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 63 minutes, Carmine Tatangelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fumane and the Verucchio FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fausto Gabriele took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesare Fallito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Antonello Banana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th match minute, Verucchio FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Di Prinzio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonello Banana in the 78th minute of play forced Fumane's goalkeeper Alvise Schiavoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonello Banana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvise Schiavoni having to make a save. Alvise Schiavoni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amerigo Facchini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvise Schiavoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amerigo Facchini, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Fausto Gabriele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cesare Fallito in the 88th minute of play. Cristoforo Cesaroni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Fausto Gabriele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
