Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ettore Pedroni kicked off to start the match. Demetrio Di Loreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Masrola Di Sotto FC's Amos Catini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Masrola Di Sotto FC from getting a goal against them. Amos Catini made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Ettore Pedroni sent off a good shot on target. Angelo Cabrini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Demetrio Di Loreto, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Angelo Cabrini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Rosini in the 21st minute of play. Fabiano Tieri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Amos Catini made a huge save. Corticella's Fabiano Tieri came free and shot a quick shot against goal 27 minutes in the game, fortunately Amos Catini had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 28th minute, Fabio Caporale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amos Catini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Pedroni, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Angelo Cabrini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Di Loreto in the 39th minute of the match. Corticella's Angelo Cabrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Rosini in the 40th minute of play. When Fabiano Tieri came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Corticella fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiano Tieri couldn't finish the play. Fabiano Tieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
51 minutes into the match, Cristiano Rosini notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Corticella's Angelo Cabrini. Angelo Cabrini was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Fabiano Tieri fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corticella's protests and gave Fabiano Tieri a yellow card for diving instead. Fabiano Tieri hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Corticella's Angelo Cabrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Demetrio Di Loreto in the 58th minute of play. Cristiano Rosini struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Angelo Cabrini didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Masrola Di Sotto FC. Fabiano Tieri took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amos Catini. Amos Catini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 68th match minute, Masrola Di Sotto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francesco Mazzetti to maneuver through the defense. Ettore Pedroni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Cristiano Rosini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Masrola Di Sotto FC booed when Corticella was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beppe De Cristofaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 played minutes Masrola Di Sotto FC got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Mazzetti. Francesco Mazzetti's late challenge caught a Corticella's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francesco Mazzetti helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Masrola Di Sotto FC's Francesco Mazzetti got a free kick in the 92nd minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Masrola Di Sotto FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
