One of Figline:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Roata Rossi:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesare Flammini in the 24th minute of play forced Roata Rossi's goalkeeper Carmine Pelusi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Castellini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Delle Donne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Augusto Corvasce fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fausto Castellini, passed just outside the right post. After having played for 29 minutes, Carlo Pavia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Figline's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlo Pavia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 32 minutes into the match, Figline's goalkeeper Fausto Castellini had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristoforo Delle Donne. When Carlo Pavia came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Figline fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlo Pavia couldn't finish the play. Cristoforo Delle Donne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Fausto Castellini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristoforo Delle Donne got free with Fausto Castellini in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Figline's Fausto Castellini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristoforo Delle Donne in the 41st minute of play. Cesare Flammini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Carmine Pelusi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After a defensive mix-up in Roata Rossi's zone, Carlo Pavia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmine Pelusi came out of the goal and Carlo Pavia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Attilio Tabacchi's late challenge caught a Figline's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Cristoforo Delle Donne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Castellini having to interfere. Cesare De Filippo got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Cristoforo Delle Donne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th match minute, Figline was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Santovito to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Figline booed when Roata Rossi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Attilio Tabacchi didn't get a good kick on the ball.
