Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Beppe Leggeri started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Sarbia got a freekick which was hit by Bianco Taranto. In the 4th match minute, Sarbia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ennio Giammarino to maneuver through the defense. Carter Leone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fedele Nobili in the 7th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Sarbia's goal looked a bit too open when Beppe Leggeri came free, but Carter Leone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Beppe Leggeri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Carter Leone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Chiavelli FC defense, Francesco Lancia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Franco Lucidi. The Chiavelli FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Franco Lucidi should have stopped the shot. After 22 minutes, Francesco Lancia made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Chiavelli FC's Franco Lucidi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Chiavelli FC's Franco Lucidi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Molinari in the 28th minute of play. Concetto Molinari took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franco Lucidi. Franco Lucidi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Francesco Lancia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Franco Lucidi having to make a save. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sarbia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 34th minute. Penalty! A collision led to Sarbia getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Ennio Giammarino hit a great ball. Sarbia's Carter Leone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Sarbia from getting a goal against them. Fedele Nobili blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carter Leone having to make a save. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Concetto Molinari to make the kick off. Beppe Leggeri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Leone having to interfere. Sarbia's Carter Leone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beppe Leggeri in the 55th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Fedele Nobili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chiavelli FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fedele Nobili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Concetto Molinari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 minutes, Ennio Giammarino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sarbia and the Chiavelli FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ennio Giammarino kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Fedele Nobili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Francesco Lancia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Franco Lucidi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Concetto Molinari's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. Ennio Giammarino hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Chiavelli FC's attack was well implemented in the 81st minute, but when Fedele Nobili was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. After a rather tough play, Chiavelli FC's Alessandro Bozzelli got a free kick in the 84th minute. Sarbia's Francesco Lancia got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sarbia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
