Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabiano Puddu started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Lido Adriano AFC's Fabiano Puddu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Francesco Falone. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Fortunato Silvagni who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Francesco Falone when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fausto Di Biagio's late challenge caught a Lido Adriano AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fausto Di Biagio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lido Adriano AFC booed when Rho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fausto Di Biagio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fortunato Silvagni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 18 minutes, Camillo Ascani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camillo Ascani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camillo Ascani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Camillo Ascani struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Amedeo Orioli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rho. Augusto Piccone's late challenge caught a Lido Adriano AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Piccone helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Rho's Augusto Piccone got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Camillo Ascani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lido Adriano AFC's Amedeo Orioli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camillo Ascani in the 35th minute of play. The supporters of Lido Adriano AFC booed when Rho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alessio Ferrini didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Lido Adriano AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Fortunato Silvagni hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Lido Adriano AFC's Fabiano Puddu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Francesco Falone. Francesco Falone yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0.

The audience was convinced that Camillo Ascani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amedeo Orioli was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. If Fabiano Ippoliti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Lido Adriano AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Camillo Mori hit a great ball. Fabiano Ippoliti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amedeo Orioli having to interfere. Fabiano Puddu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Francesco Falone having to make a save. Fortunato Silvagni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Francesco Falone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Francesco Falone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Puddu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabiano Puddu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fausto Di Biagio hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Rho's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Ferraris came free, but Francesco Falone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 87 minutes, Fortunato Silvagni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lido Adriano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fortunato Silvagni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
