Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Antonello Borrelli started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlo Luciani got free with Anselmo Formica in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anselmo Formica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dino Granata in the 4th minute of the match. Ciro Minotti kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After having played for 10 minutes, Carlo Luciani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rizzi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlo Luciani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Antonello Borrelli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Claudio Iori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alfonso De Zorzi came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Fossalta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso De Zorzi couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Antonello Borrelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fossalta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonello Borrelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudio Iori breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dino Granata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anselmo Formica having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Carlo Luciani made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Formica. Fossalta FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 29th minute Alfonso De Zorzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Iori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Rizzi booed when Fossalta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amedeo Azzolina didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Carlo Luciani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ciro Minotti kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. If Carlo Luciani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Formica made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlo Luciani in the 42nd minute. A collision led to Rizzi getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Anselmo Franco hit a great ball. Claudio Iori showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso De Zorzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Rizzi's Carlo Luciani sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anselmo Formica narrowly saved just below the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd match minute, Fossalta FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Campitelli to maneuver through the defense. Anselmo Formica showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Luciani in the 63rd minute of the match. After having played for 67 minutes, Alfonso De Zorzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfonso De Zorzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Claudio Iori tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfonso De Zorzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anselmo Formica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dino Granata's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 82nd minute, Dino Granata made a precise shot to the right of Anselmo Formica. Fossalta FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 85 minutes into the match, Fossalta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Granata came free, but Anselmo Formica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciro Minotti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Iori having to interfere. Alfonso De Zorzi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Claudio Iori when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Alfonso De Zorzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
