Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bianco Gizzi during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chieri FC's goalkeeper Cristoforo Buonanno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Chieri FC's Cristoforo Buonanno got control of the ball when Carlo Gervasi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Achille Mori fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Di Maria having to interfere. Cristoforo Buonanno made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Antonello Pan sent off a good shot on target. Armando Muzzolon hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Antonello Pan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristoforo Buonanno having to interfere. 20 minutes into the match, Antonello Pan notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Chieri FC's Cristoforo Buonanno. Cristoforo Buonanno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attilio Galeone in the 26th minute of play forced Lazzaretto FC's goalkeeper Bruno Di Maria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Attilio Galeone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cosimo Garofalo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bruno Di Maria. Lazzaretto FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bruno Di Maria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Achille Mori in the 35th minute of play. Cristoforo Buonanno made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Carlo Gervasi sent off a good shot on target. Bruno Di Maria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Galeone, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Achille Mori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Lazzaretto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Achille Mori came free, but Bruno Di Maria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Attilio Galeone stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antonello Pan took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristoforo Buonanno. Cristoforo Buonanno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Cristoforo Buonanno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Pan in the 57th minute of the match. The supporters of Chieri FC booed when Lazzaretto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrea Manzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Achille Mori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Bruno Di Maria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Bernardo Bosco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Achille Mori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Achille Mori might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Di Maria. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Achille Mori ran back to his position shaking his head. Attilio Galeone struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Bruno Di Maria didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chieri FC. Bruno Di Maria stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Attilio Galeone's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Cristoforo Buonanno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Gervasi in the 81st minute of play. In the 91st match minute, Lazzaretto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Bosco to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Cosimo Garofalo from long distance, 92 minutes into the match, got Bruno Di Maria's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 95th minute, Achille Mori left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chieri FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Chieri FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
