Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfredo Sebastiani got the match started through his kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Cogoleto AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Sebastiani came free, but Angelo Giannantonio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gállico's Dennis Palmieri got a free kick in the 11th minute. If Alfredo Sebastiani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute, Demetrio Ascenzi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfredo Garofoli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Demetrio Ascenzi fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cogoleto AFC's protests and gave Demetrio Ascenzi a yellow card for diving instead. Demetrio Ascenzi hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Alfredo Garofoli didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmondo Chizzo went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Alex Pedroni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alfredo Sebastiani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alex Pedroni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Angelo Giannantonio made a huge save. Angelo Giannantonio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Sebastiani, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Demetrio Ascenzi to strike the kick off in the second half. Alfredo Garofoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Ascenzi in the 53rd minute of the match. Alfredo Sebastiani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Giannantonio having to interfere. After 67 played minutes Cogoleto AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Negri. Emiliano Polito was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 68th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Aurelio Sarnelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Cogoleto AFC's Aldo Barbanti got a free kick in the 73rd minute. If Daniele Lauria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Alfredo Sebastiani managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gállico's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfredo Sebastiani was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelo Giannantonio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Demetrio Ascenzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Cogoleto AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cogoleto AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
