If Concetto Tana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viterbo's Ettore Alba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmondo Piccoli in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Viterbo getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Augusto Ascoli hit a great ball. Antonio Verdone's late challenge caught a Poetto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Verdone helped the player get up and apologised. Antonio Verdone kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Andrea Cerri successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 92 minutes into the match, Poetto's goalkeeper Andrea Cerri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Concetto Tana.
