Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Emiliano Natale made the kick off and thus started the match. San Floriano's Dave Leone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Natale in the 4th minute of play. Achille Marini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emiliano Natale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Leone having to interfere. Dave Leone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Natale in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, San Floriano's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Natale came free, but Dave Leone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Peraga's zone, Achille Marini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciccio Ascoli came out of the goal and Achille Marini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciccio Ascoli made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Achille Marini sent off a good shot on target. Ferruccio Vida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Dave Leone tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as San Floriano's Elia Mameli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ciccio Ascoli. That made the score 1-0 after 35 minutes of play. A collision led to San Floriano getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Dino Di Fonzo hit a great ball. After 48 minutes of play, Peraga's Alvaro Angelini made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dave Leone was left in no man's land by his defense there! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elia Mameli made a kick off. After 54 played minutes San Floriano got a freekick which was hit by Amedeo Maccarone. In the 57th minute Emiliano Natale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dave Leone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciccio Ascoli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Achille Marini in the 63rd minute of the match. Ferdinando Di Monte charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferdinando Di Monte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Punta couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Peraga getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Alvaro Angelini hit a great ball. If Ferruccio Vida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferruccio Vida in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dave Leone, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 90th minute, Dino Di Fonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute, Emiliano Natale got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvaro Punta kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. If Donato Pennetta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferruccio Vida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Leone having to interfere. Peraga's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
