But to his dismay, Donato Napoleoni quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 14 minutes, Camillo Antonioni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Latina Scalo FC and the Settebagni AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Donato Napoleoni came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Settebagni AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Donato Napoleoni couldn't finish the play. Ernesto Chiola's late challenge caught a Settebagni AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Chiola helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Ernesto Chiola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camillo Antonioni to make the kick off. Bruno Marchetti got the audience’s attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 61st minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. Though ot was a great shot Settebagni AFC's keeper Alex Di Cesare was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. With splendid footwork Bruno Marchetti arrived in front of goal to shoot 3-1 by the left pole in the game's 61st minute. In the 64th minute Camillo Antonioni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Di Cesare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Alex Di Cesare managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Latina Scalo FC's Bruno Marchetti fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Settebagni AFC booed when Latina Scalo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camillo Antonioni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Marchetti might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Di Cesare. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Marchetti ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 83 minutes, Ferdinando Tofani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Settebagni AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferdinando Tofani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alessandro Guadagnoli hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 87th minute Donato Napoleoni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Grilli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
