Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alfredo Micucci started the match with the kick off. If Carlo Flammini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ferruccio Casadei's late challenge caught a Grezzana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferruccio Casadei helped the player get up and apologised. After 5 played minutes Reda got a freekick which was hit by Ferruccio Casadei. Andrea Domenghini hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Carlo Flammini came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alberigo Giacchetti could save by the left post. In the 14thth minute of the game Alfredo Micucci who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Reda's Alberigo Giacchetti was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ciro Crosta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Bordon in the 23rd minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Carlo Flammini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alberigo Giacchetti. Reda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlo Flammini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Ciro Tana sped through Grezzana FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ciro Crosta. After a rather tough play, Grezzana FC's Carlo Flammini got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 46th minute Alfredo Micucci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberigo Giacchetti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dave Bordon was the one to do the kick off. Ciro Tanas short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Ciro Crosta to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ciro Tana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciro Crosta having to interfere. Ciro Tana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ciro Crosta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciro Tana went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Ciro Crosta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dave Bordon in the 67th minute of the match. Ciro Crosta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dave Bordon, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Alex Cesaroni hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Dave Bordon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Reda's supporters rose to their feet, but Dave Bordon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Crosta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ciro Crosta made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Ciro Tana sent off a good shot on target. Ciro Crosta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Bordon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciro Tana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Grezzana FC's Ciro Crosta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dave Bordon in the 90th minute of play. If Ciro Tana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
