After a rather tough play, Ontignano FC's Aldo Piccoli got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute of the match Carmine Antonelli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aldo Lepre skillfully saved the ball. When Aurelio Spiazzi came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Ontignano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aurelio Spiazzi couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute Aurelio Spiazzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filippo Cipriani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corrado Allemandi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Aldo Lepre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Spiazzi charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurelio Spiazzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, Ontignano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Spiazzi to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tormeno's zone, Dennis Astolfi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filippo Cipriani came out of the goal and Dennis Astolfi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Corrado Guerrieri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ontignano FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Alfredo Ferraris in the 32nd minute. 40 minutes into the match, Tormeno's goalkeeper Filippo Cipriani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dennis Astolfi. Aurelio Spiazzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Filippo Cipriani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dennis Astolfi was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Alfredo Ferraris sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tormeno's Filippo Cipriani didn't even have to move. 54 minutes into the match, Tormeno's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Astolfi came free, but Filippo Cipriani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ontignano FC's Dennis Astolfi in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 80thth minute of the game Dennis Astolfi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tormeno's Filippo Cipriani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Dennis Astolfi came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Ontignano FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dennis Astolfi couldn't finish the play. Tormeno's Filippo Cipriani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Astolfi in the 86th minute of play. Aurelio Spiazzi scored 3-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filippo Cipriani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ontignano FC's Dennis Astolfi got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Elia De Filippo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filippo Cipriani having to interfere. There was no doubt that Ontignano FC were the better team. Ontignano FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
