Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Aurelio Spiazzi got the match started through his kick off. Aldo Lepre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Vitelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ettore Vitelli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aldo Lepre having to make a save. Ettore Vitelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute Aurelio Spiazzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberigo Pilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ontignano FC's goalkeeper Aldo Lepre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Runco's zone, Aurelio Spiazzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberigo Pilla came out of the goal and Aurelio Spiazzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ontignano FC's Daniele Cordone shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 15th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Alberigo Pilla but with some difficulty. If Dennis Astolfi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 22 in the game by Dennis Astolfi from a close distance when the talented Alberigo Pilla managed to make a qualified save. Runco's players were relieved. Alberigo Pilla made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Dennis Astolfi sent off a good shot on target. In the last second Alberigo Pilla throw himself and got hold of the ball when Aurelio Spiazzi in the 26thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Aurelio Spiazzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alberigo Pilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelio Spiazzi ran back to his position shaking his head. Aurelio Spiazzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ettore Vitelli kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Ettore Vitelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Lepre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute, Felice Bellucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Ontignano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ettore Vitelli came free, but Aldo Lepre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Aurelio Spiazzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alberigo Pilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Astolfi, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd match minute, Runco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Proietti to maneuver through the defense. 54 minutes into the game, Edmondo Bassi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ontignano FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Runco the free kick. Edmondo Bassi kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felice Bellucci in the 58th minute of play forced Ontignano FC's goalkeeper Aldo Lepre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aldo Lepre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ettore Vitelli in the 60th minute. In the 65th minute, Edmondo Bassi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dennis Astolfi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Alberigo Pilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Dennis Astolfi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Fortunato Carnevale fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Runco's protests and gave Fortunato Carnevale a yellow card for diving instead. 70 minutes into the game, one of Runco:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Ontignano FC a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Alfredo Ferraris, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Runco's Alberigo Pilla. 1-0. 75 minutes into the match, Runco's goal looked a bit too open when Dennis Astolfi came free, but Alberigo Pilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, Ontignano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elia De Filippo to maneuver through the defense. Ettore Vitelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Aldo Lepre made a huge save. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Runco's goalkeeper Alberigo Pilla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Aurelio Spiazzi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ontignano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aurelio Spiazzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alberigo Pilla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Runco's zone, Aurelio Spiazzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alberigo Pilla came out of the goal and Aurelio Spiazzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 94th play minutes Aurelio Spiazzi shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Alberigo Pilla and just under the crossbar into goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ontignano FC had won after a very even match.
