Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fabiano Panino started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Mira Porte booed when Ellera FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Attilio Cappucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alessio Colantoni made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Dave Ramoser sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Bruno Trasatti kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Alessio Colantoni. Amedeo Pagliarini charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 30 played minutes Mira Porte got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Verna. After a rather tough play, Ellera FC's Fabiano Panino got a free kick in the 32nd minute. If Dave Ramoser had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Dino Caponera managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mira Porte's supporters rose to their feet, but Dino Caponera was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alessio Colantoni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dino Caponera to make the kick off. When Mira Porte's Dino Caponera in 53 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Alessio Colantoni guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Fabiano Panino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Dino Diana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Bruno Trasatti was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mira Porte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ellera FC the free kick. Dave Ramoser blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alessio Colantoni having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amedeo Pagliarini in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alessio Colantoni saved Ellera FC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amos Galdi during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amos Galdi kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to Mira Porte getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Andrea Verna hit a great ball. If Alexander De Palma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fabiano Panino came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Ellera FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabiano Panino couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabiano Panino in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dino Diana saved Mira Porte from getting behind. In the 89th minute, Dave Ramoser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ellera FC's goalkeeper Alessio Colantoni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Dino Caponera came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Mira Porte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Caponera couldn't finish the play. Mira Porte were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ellera FC for a fine match.
