Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sarna AFC's Dino Arpaia started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the game, Anfilogino Locatelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Monte Moro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarna AFC the free kick. In the 2nd minute, Anfilogino Locatelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sarna AFC's Ermanno Castellazzi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Monte Moro FC. Eraldo Bottone charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eraldo Bottone the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aldo Carta's late challenge caught a Sarna AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aldo Carta helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Monte Moro FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sarna AFC:s goal. In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Sarna AFC. Ermanno Castellazzi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ferdinando Rosati. 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Carmine Zaino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sarna AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Monte Moro FC the free kick. After 11 played minutes Sarna AFC got a freekick which was hit by Carmine Zaino. Ciro Parco spun around in front of the goal 20 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Monte Moro FC's goal. Dino Arpaia might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferdinando Rosati. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dino Arpaia ran back to his position shaking his head. Monte Moro FC's Ferdinando Rosati played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Arpaia in the 24th minute of play. Ciro Parco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermanno Castellazzi hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Sarna AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 33rd minute, when Diego Di Sipio scored to the left of an out of position Damiano Lucchetti, making the score, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Ermanno De Lellis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monte Moro FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ermanno De Lellis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damiano Lucchetti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Ermanno De Lellis made the kick off in the second half. If Dino Arpaia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 52nd minute of the game. One of Sarna AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Monte Moro FC:s goal. When Ciro Parco came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Sarna AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Parco couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Monte Moro FC's Ferdinando Rosati got control of the ball when Ciro Parco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dino Arpaia might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferdinando Rosati. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dino Arpaia ran back to his position shaking his head. Ferdinando Rosati was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dino Arpaia showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 79 minute of play. Damiano Lucchetti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Di Sipio in the 90th minute of play. Diego Di Sipio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Lucchetti having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Diego Di Sipio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monte Moro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diego Di Sipio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
