Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 8 minutes into the match, San Massimo's Biagio Costantini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Corrado Colle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute, San Massimo's Biagio Costantini ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Corrado Colle. Corrado Colle yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. With his leg Corrado Colle managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when San Massimo's Alex Egger fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. San Massimo's Arturo Cinalli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Micarelli in the 19th minute of play. Corrado Colle made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Alex Egger sent off a good shot on target. Arturo Cinalli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Camillo Genovesi's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Biagio Costantini was extremely unlucky when he, in the 30th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Corrado Colle came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by San Massimo's Alex Egger. But to his dismay, Alex Egger quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 42 minutes into the match, San Massimo's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Micarelli came free, but Arturo Cinalli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Collecchio's Camillo Genovesi got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Camillo Genovesi to make the kick off. Alex Egger struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Corrado Colle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Massimo. Edmondo Savoia took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arturo Cinalli. San Massimo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Dario Cannavacciuolo's late challenge caught a Collecchio's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dario Cannavacciuolo helped the player get up and apologised. With a little luck, San Massimo's Arturo Cinalli got control of the ball when Fabiano Micarelli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabiano Micarellis short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Arturo Cinalli to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ercole Addari during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute, Ercole Addari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Biagio Costantini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Biagio Costantini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Cinalli was a little too slow when Fabiano Micarelli got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 2-1. Camillo Genovesi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Arturo Cinalli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Enzo Della Torre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in San Massimo's zone, Camillo Genovesi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arturo Cinalli came out of the goal and Camillo Genovesi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Collecchio's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
