Fabiano Di Giuseppe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Colonna in the 41st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Roncadelle's zone, Angelo Rosetta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anthony Muzi came out of the goal and Angelo Rosetta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Colonna to make the kick off. If Edoardo Imperatore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Roncadelle's Anthony Muzi got control of the ball when Biagio Sebastiani tried to sneak it across the goal line. Biagio Sebastiani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Anthony Muzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Roncadelle fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cento AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
