When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Federico Manfredi made a kick off. Ferdinando Ferreri kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Alexander Di Clemente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Taneto's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexander Di Clemente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Pittelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee ignored Taneto's protests and gave Alexander Di Clemente a yellow card for diving instead. In the 88th minute, Alexander Di Clemente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beppe Battista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Pittelli having to interfere. Taneto were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
