Amedeo Pasquarelli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amedeo Pasquarelli might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Comunardo Pelliccia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Amedeo Pasquarelli ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudio Melucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Gentili having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Prandini in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armin Gentili saved Trignano FC from getting behind. Comunardo Pelliccia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Pasquarelli in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Trignano FC's Christian Coscia got a free kick in the 27th minute. Claudio Melucci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Marghera FC booed when Trignano FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Davide Di Tullio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes in the game, Davide Di Tullio got a free kick from a good position and fired away a shot. The shot didn't have enough spin and went out of bounds to the left of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Prandini in the 42nd minute of play forced Trignano FC's goalkeeper Armin Gentili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Davide Di Tullio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trignano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Davide Di Tullio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Davide Di Tullio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Comunardo Pelliccia having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Trignano FC's Amedeo Pasquarelli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Comunardo Pelliccia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Davide Sciarra's late challenge caught a Marghera FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Davide Sciarra helped the player get up and apologised. Marghera FC's Franco Causio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 65th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Armin Gentili but with some difficulty. Davide Di Tullio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th match minute, Marghera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Mucci to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute Davide Di Tullio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Comunardo Pelliccia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Comunardo Pelliccia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Davide Di Tullio went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marghera FC's goalkeeper Comunardo Pelliccia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Christian Prandini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armin Gentili having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Bruno Colangelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Comunardo Pelliccia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amedeo Pasquarelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Claudio Melucci struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Armin Gentili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marghera FC. Christian Prandini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amedeo Pasquarelli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Comunardo Pelliccia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Di Tullio, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
