He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cassano Magnago reached it. After 24 minutes of play, Musigliano's Alberigo Polo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anselmo Righi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th minute, one of Musigliano:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Musigliano. Musigliano's Cristiano Bondi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Vinciguerra in the 33rd minute of play. When Ferruccio Di Crescenzo fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Musigliano's protests and gave Ferruccio Di Crescenzo a yellow card for diving instead. Anselmo Righi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Bonanni, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 96 minutes into the match, Cassano Magnago's Alessandro Vinciguerra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Bondi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cassano Magnago's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
