Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosimo Juliano in the 3rd minute of play forced Casabianca AFC's goalkeeper Fortunato Colonna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fausto Menichini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Fortunato Colonna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fortunato Colonna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosimo Juliano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adriano Sabatini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Concetto Senatore made a huge save. With a little luck, Modena's Concetto Senatore got control of the ball when Adriano Sabatini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cosimo Juliano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Fortunato Colonna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fortunato Colonna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fausto Menichini went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 32 minutes into the game, Christian Antico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casabianca AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Modena the free kick. After 33 played minutes Casabianca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Antico. In the 36th minute, Cosimo Cabrini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Concetto Senatore was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Concetto Senatore made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano Sabatini in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Menichini was the one to do the kick off. Cosimo Cabrini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Senatore having to interfere. When Andrea De Bettin fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Modena's protests and gave Andrea De Bettin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Modena's Andrea De Bettin got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Adriano Sabatini managed to get in a good position for a shot. Casabianca AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adriano Sabatini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Concetto Senatore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Modena's Concetto Senatore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Sabatini in the 64th minute of play. After having played for 70 minutes, Fausto Menichini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Modena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Menichini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute, Federico Cantagallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Modena's Fausto Menichini got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andrea De Bettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Colonna having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Casabianca AFC's goalkeeper Fortunato Colonna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fausto Menichini. Fausto Menichini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emilio De Lucia's late challenge caught a Modena's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emilio De Lucia helped the player get up and apologised. After 84 played minutes Casabianca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emilio De Lucia. Adriano Sabatini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Senatore having to interfere. Adriano Sabatini might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Concetto Senatore. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adriano Sabatini ran back to his position shaking his head. Casabianca AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
