Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Dario Rallo got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute Felice Santacroce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermanno Walcher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Bulgorello getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Andrea Passalacqua hit a great ball. In the 11thth minute of the game Cosimo Ferretti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Birandola's Flavio Di Pasquale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Andrea Bucciarelli managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bulgorello's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrea Bucciarelli was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Flavio Di Pasquale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Bulgorello's Andrea Passalacqua got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Ermanno Walcher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Rallo in the 38th minute of play. After 46 played minutes, Birandola's Alessio Uguccioni shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ermanno Walcher came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Birandola reached it. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosimo Ferretti was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frank Bellisario during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th minute, one of Bulgorello:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bulgorello. When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, Birandola's Alessio Uguccioni got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ermanno Walcher. After a defensive mix-up in Birandola's zone, Cosimo Ferretti stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Di Pasquale came out of the goal and Cosimo Ferretti tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute, Alberigo Damiani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Andrea Bucciarelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Di Pasquale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 76th minute Cosimo Ferretti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Di Pasquale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Felice Santacroce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Birandola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felice Santacroce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Birandola's Ercole Di Domenico got a free kick in the 97th minute. Flavio Di Pasquale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrea Bucciarelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
