Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlo Berardinelli started the match with the kick off. Cesare Perna kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Marcellise FC's Fabiano Cavallucci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Corrado Santovito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Recetto getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Fausto Piccirilli hit a great ball. Fabiano Cavallucci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Corrado Santovito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Berardinelli in the 10th minute of play forced Recetto's goalkeeper Corrado Santovito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Corrado Santovito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Cavallucci in the 13th minute of the match. When Marcellise FC's Carlo Berardinelli in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Recetto's goalie prevented a goal. After 21 minutes of play Recetto's Cesare Perna was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Cesare Perna hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Fabiano Cavallucci notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Recetto's Corrado Santovito. Corrado Santovito was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Andrea Stumpo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the game, one of Marcellise FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 36 minutes into the match, Corrado Rallo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anselmo De Tommasi. Marcellise FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Corrado Rallo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Carter Micarelli's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Anselmo De Tommasi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 45 played minutes Recetto got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Stumpo. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carter Micarelli was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, one of Recetto:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 55 minutes, Marcellise FC's Fedele Iacovacci got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Corrado Santovito. If Fabiano Cavallucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 65 minutes into the game, Carlo Berardinelli recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Corrado Santovito. Carlo Berardinelli showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Fabiano Cavallucci in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Corrado Santovito, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 75 minutes into the match, Recetto's goalkeeper Corrado Santovito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabiano Cavallucci. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabiano Cavallucci got free with Corrado Santovito in the 77th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anselmo Spadoni charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anselmo Spadoni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carlo Berardinelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Santovito having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Recetto's zone, Carlo Berardinelli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Corrado Santovito came out of the goal and Carlo Berardinelli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st match minute, Recetto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Spadoni to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Porta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Santovito having to interfere. The Recetto fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Marcellise FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
