Santa Marinella AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 13th minute Daniele Di Rado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filippo Bottone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniele Di Rado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 minutes, Cristoforo Abete mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trevignano AFC and the Santa Marinella AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Santa Marinella AFC's Aurelio Imperatrice proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Santa Marinella AFC from getting a goal against them. Flavio Guerriero hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Eugenio Sarnelli hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Daniele Del Pizzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Anfilogino Corelli made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute of the match, Eugenio Sarnelli tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Filippo Bottone saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Trevignano AFC's Filippo Bottone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Corelli in the 64th minute of play. Daniele Del Pizzo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Imperatrice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Valeri in the 70th minute of play. Daniele Del Pizzo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aurelio Imperatrice having to make a save. Daniele Del Pizzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Aurelio Imperatrice tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Imperatrice showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberigo Valeri in the 75th minute of the match. Filippo Bottone made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Daniele Di Rado sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Santa Marinella AFC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Eugenio Sarnelli hit a great ball. Aurelio Imperatrice took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniele Del Pizzo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Imperatrice showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberigo Valeri, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alberigo Valeri in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Imperatrice saved Santa Marinella AFC from getting behind.
