Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rapallo FC's Enzo Demaria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biagio Di Luzio in the 5th minute of play. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rapallo FC's goalkeeper Enzo Demaria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enzo Demaria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Lattanzio in the 15th minute of play. Enzo Demaria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlo Lattanzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 39 played minutes Pavarolo got a freekick which was hit by Alex Scibilia. 40 minutes into the game Cristiano Ricci kicked a great long shot which passed Camillo Mannella straight ahead into the goal, Result 1-1. One couldn't see Cristiano Ricci behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Rapallo FC's Dave Panella got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pavarolo's Camillo Mannella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Antognoni in the 46th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Alvise Minichiello hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Biagio Di Luzio to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Pavarolo's zone, Ciccio Antognoni stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camillo Mannella came out of the goal and Ciccio Antognoni tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dave Panella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Rapallo FC's Cristiano Ricci got a free kick in the 58th minute. Armando Oddi, 59 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Rapallo FC's Dave Panella got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Ciccio Antognoni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dave Panella fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camillo Mannella having to interfere. Pavarolo's Camillo Mannella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciccio Antognoni in the 74th minute of play. Fabiano Landolfi struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Camillo Mannella didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rapallo FC. With 80 minutes on the clock, Armando Oddi commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Pavarolo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rapallo FC:s goal. Dave Panella's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camillo Mannella read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Carlo Lattanzio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Enzo Demaria when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ciro Rago kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Carlo Lattanzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Demaria having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rapallo FC's Fabiano Landolfi got a free kick in the 91st minute. Carlo Lattanzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Enzo Demaria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rapallo FC had won after a very even match.
