Domenico Pocobello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 12th minute Donato Cannone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Pocobello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlo Cosi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damiano Riccitelli having to interfere. Damiano Riccitelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Quattrocchi in the 17th minute of play. Damiano Riccitelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Quattrocchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aurelio Quattrocchi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Damiano Riccitelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Carlo Scevola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute Carlo Scevola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domenico Pocobello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelio Quattrocchi in the 44th minute of play forced Tor Bella Monaca's goalkeeper Damiano Riccitelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tor Bella Monaca! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donato Cannone to make the kick off. Damiano Riccitelli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Quattrocchi in the 55th minute of play. Aurelio Quattrocchi charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurelio Quattrocchi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Zerman getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Aurelio Quattrocchi hit a great ball. Carlo Scevola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domenico Pocobello having to interfere. With his leg Domenico Pocobello managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Tor Bella Monaca's Carlo Scevola fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 63rd minute Aurelio Quattrocchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damiano Riccitelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damiano Riccitelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Quattrocchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tor Bella Monaca players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Zerman.
