A beautiful save bye Commenda AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Alessio Farese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmine Monaco in the 11th minute of play. Dennis Ruggeri struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Cristiano Bianchi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Commenda AFC. After 14 played minutes Terria FC got a freekick which was hit by Biagio Ronconi. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Dennis Ruggeri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Commenda AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Ruggeri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristiano Bianchi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dennis Ruggeri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Davide Giardini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Bianchi having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davide Giardini in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristiano Bianchi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carmine Monaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Commenda AFC's zone, Attilio Prato stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alessio Farese came out of the goal and Attilio Prato tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Dennis Ruggeri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute Carmine Monaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alessio Farese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessio Farese showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Attilio Prato in the 47th minute of the match. The Commenda AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Terria FC were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Davide Giardini was the one to do the kick off. Commenda AFC's Dennis Ruggeri got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 57th minute Davide Giardini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Bianchi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristiano Bianchi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Davide Giardini's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attilio Prato in the 66th minute of play forced Commenda AFC's goalkeeper Alessio Farese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dennis Ruggeri in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristiano Bianchi saved Terria FC from getting behind. The supporters of Commenda AFC booed when Terria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Biagio Ronconi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th minute, Dennis Ruggeri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Commenda AFC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Anselmo Calabrese hit a great ball. The supporters of Commenda AFC booed when Terria FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Di Santo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Terria FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
