Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cesate's Davide Centofanti started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A hard shot 3 in the game by Cristiano Pedrelli from a close distance when the talented Fedele Spinelli managed to make a qualified save. Cesate's players were relieved. Cristiano Pedrelli succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 13th playminute. Cristiano Pedrelli was extremely unlucky when he, in the 22nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 31 minutes, Emiliano Belardi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Acquaviva and the Cesate players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emiliano Belardi kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Comunardo Giampietro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Acquaviva's Bruno Iovine in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cesate's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Acquaviva's Emilio Gazza got a free kick in the 35th minute. Cesate's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Bruno Iovine 43 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Cesate's Fedele Spinelli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Iovine in the 46th minute of play. After 48 minutes, Emilio Gazza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Acquaviva and the Cesate players grew even worse after the yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Bruno Iovine made the kick off in the second half. Comunardo Giampietro came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Federico Giancristofaro could save by the left post. Emiliano Belardi was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Acquaviva getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Emiliano Belardi hit a great ball. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Davide Centofanti got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The supporters of Cesate booed when Acquaviva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Iovine didn't get a good kick on the ball. Federico Giancristofaro acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Fabrizio Cara. Comunardo Giampietro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Giancristofaro having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Davide Centofanti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cesate's supporters rose to their feet, but Davide Centofanti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Federico Giancristofaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Davide Centofanti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Comunardo Giampietro notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Acquaviva's Federico Giancristofaro. Federico Giancristofaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Federico Giancristofaro made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Comunardo Giampietro sent off a good shot on target. Acquaviva's Cristiano Pedrelli got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 84 played minutes Cesate got a freekick which was hit by Christian Talamo. Christian Talamo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Acquaviva's Federico Giancristofaro got control of the ball when Comunardo Giampietro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Acquaviva's zone, Comunardo Giampietro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Federico Giancristofaro came out of the goal and Comunardo Giampietro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 played minutes Acquaviva got a freekick which was hit by Alex Ferraro. Acquaviva's Federico Giancristofaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davide Centofanti in the 95th minute of play. If Comunardo Giampietro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Acquaviva succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Cesate had controlled the match.
